Meet the team who are supporting Experts by Experience to create improvements to mental health services in Derbyshire.
Niki Glazier
Engagement Service Lead
Niki is the service lead for Mental Health Together. She previously worked at Derbyshire Mind where she worked initially as an advocate, then as a development worker for Derbyshire Patients’ Council and then as Co-ordinator of the Mental Health Action Group. She brings with her a long-standing knowledge of mental health services and has an enduring passion and commitment to genuine involvement of people with lived experience in local mental health services and social care.

Josie Bristow-Booker
Project Support Worker
Josie joined the team in February 2023, initially supporting Living Well as Admin Support and is now Mental Health Together Project Support Worker. Josie has a background in mental health through lived experience and her voluntary role as Telephone Befriender for Careline Calling, a registered charity offering telephone support for residents in Derbyshire. Josie is passionate to help reduce the stigma and isolation of mental health.
